How it works
- Add your people. Type them in or import your existing spreadsheet (CSV). A name and role is enough.

Questions
Does CheckRegister verify cards with the government?
No. You must still verify checks through your state's official screening portal. CheckRegister tracks the dates and details you enter and reminds you before they expire.
My state's portal already shows expiry dates. Why use this?
Portals are the authoritative source, and we recommend using them. CheckRegister puts every state's check, plus first aid, CPR and teacher or coaching accreditation, into one list, flags people with no check on file, and emails you before each one expires.
What personal data do you store?
As little as possible: a name, a role, an optional email and phone, and each credential's type, number, status and dates. We do not ask for dates of birth, addresses, ID documents or card images. You can export everything or delete your workspace at any time.
Does it message my staff and volunteers?
No. Alerts go only to your own confirmed team emails. For renewals you get a ready-made message to copy and send yourself.
Is this legal advice?
No. Requirements differ by state and territory, and by role. Check your state's guidance for what your organisation must keep and who needs a check. CheckRegister is a record-keeping and reminder tool only.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. Export everything as CSV or JSON from Settings, any time, including after your trial ends.
